1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the nn778 platform, including all games, services, promotions, and features made available through the website at nn778.cam and any associated mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and nn778 ("nn778," "we," "us," "our").

3 Account Registration

In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") regulations and PAGCOR's Know Your Customer ("KYC") requirements, nn778 may request identity and payment verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at withdrawal. Documents may include government-issued photo ID, proof of address not older than three months, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. 4 Deposits & Payments

nn778 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Bank Transfer, BDO Bank Transfer, Metrobank Bank Transfer, and Visa/Mastercard. All transactions on the nn778 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

4.1 Deposit Processing

GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your nn778 wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon clearance, which may take up to one (1) business day depending on the originating bank. nn778 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

4.3 Deposit Source

You confirm that all funds deposited into your nn778 account originate from a lawful source and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. 5 Withdrawals

Winnings accrued through legitimate gameplay on nn778 are withdrawable to the payment method you used for your most recent deposit, subject to the conditions described in this section.

E-wallet withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are processed within thirty (30) minutes during standard operating hours (06:00–23:00 PHT). 5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

10 Account Suspension & Closure

nn778 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Engagement in any prohibited activity as described in Section 8;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction;

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nn778 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions where a fair resolution cannot be determined; loss or corruption of data; unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security; or interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.

nn778's total aggregate liability to any player arising from a single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to the Platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant incident, except where liability cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
